Hubpay - Hubpay: Rebuilding a seamless money transfer experience
Redeveloping Hubpay's mobile application to provide users with a modern, efficient, and secure platform for low-cost international money transfers.
The challenge
Hubpay's existing mobile application had become outdated and was no longer functioning effectively, hindering users from accessing seamless international money transfer services. After a thorough assessment, it was determined that rebuilding the app using the latest technologies would be more beneficial than attempting to update the existing platform.
Our approach
We adopted a design system approach to rebuild the Hubpay mobile app using the latest version of React Native. This methodology ensured consistency across the app's interface and facilitated rapid development and iteration, allowing us to efficiently implement two design iterations.

The newly developed Hubpay app offers a user-friendly interface with enhanced performance, providing users in the UAE with a reliable digital wallet for low-cost international money transfers. The app enables users to send money to banks and agents in multiple countries, fund their wallets directly from their bank accounts, and carry out digital onboarding seamlessly.
