Taking over an existing codebase
Inherited work or a half-finished build from a previous agency, made safe to change again. We read it, test it against real data, and tell you plainly what state it is in before we touch anything.
Discovery and scoping
A short, fixed-price phase that ends with a plan and a price, whether or not you build it with us. It is how every project of ours starts, custom software included.
Every build draws on the rest of what we do: interfaces from the same UX and UI design work, verified by QA and testing, and hosted through our cloud services.

Discovery
We map how the work actually happens today, agree what the software needs to do, and leave you with a scoped plan and a price for what follows.
Weeks 3 to 5
First working slice
A real, working part of the product, not a mock-up, in front of the people who will use it. This is where assumptions get tested cheaply, before the rest is built.
Weeks 6 to 12
Build and harden
The rest of the product, with automated tests and error handling built in as we go rather than bolted on at the end. Regular working versions, not a single release at the finish.
Ongoing
Launch and look after
We launch, hand over documentation and access, and are available for the fixes and changes that follow, priced the same way as the build: per phase, agreed in advance.
